Hilltop Watchtower

A small scouting camp in the middle of a plain or clearing with a sturdily-built watchtower with a spiral staircase as the center-point at the top of the hill.

Two tents and a place for a campfire are located at the bottom of the tower.

Only a small ramp leads up to the tower, otherwise the tower is only reachable by climbing the rocks or by flying.
